Nine times out of ten, I will choose Asian food over any other type of cuisine. If we are going out for a nice-ish dinner, hibachi is where it’s at. Take out? Chinese. Any day, anytime, anywhere? Sushi or Thai.

I’m always experimenting with different Asian recipes, but this one was exceptionally good. Even my pickiest eater devoured it! It doesn’t hurt that dinner was on the table in about 25 minutes (and only that long because of the rice!).

Asian Chicken Bowls

Ingredients:
2 tsp sesame oil
1 lb ground chicken
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
sesame seeds, for garnish

Directions:
Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add ground chicken and cook until browned. Add soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and sweet chili sauce. Stir until the chicken is well coated. Serve in bowls over rice (I served over basmati rice).
